Thank you for shopping with us! Since all of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify, please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Processing & Production Time All orders require a production period before shipping. Please allow 2–7 business days for your item to be made and prepared for shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:

• Domestic (US): 3–7 business days

  Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

  Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

  Lost Packages If your package hasn't arrived, please wait the full estimated delivery window before reaching out:

  • Domestic US orders: 30 calendar days past the estimated delivery date

    After that window, contact us at info@gentlemischiefstudio.com and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner.

    Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
