Return & Refund Policy — Gentle Mischief Studio
All products at Gentle Mischief Studio are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because each item is uniquely produced just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong size or color ordered
- Change of mind
- Minor print placement variations within 0.5 inches (standard for DTG printing)
- Minor size deviations of less than 1 inch from the size guide
We DO accept claims for:
- Defective or damaged products
- Manufacturing/printing errors
- Lost packages (reported within the eligible window)
To be eligible, you must contact us at info@gentlemischiefstudio.com within 30 days of delivery with clear photo evidence of the issue. We will then file a claim with our fulfillment partner and offer you a free reprint or a refund, depending on the situation.
Lost Packages: For domestic US orders, please allow 30 calendar days past the estimated delivery date before reporting.
